Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRMs, especially HubSpot.
• Proven experience setting up and managing outbound sales systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage CRM infrastructure with HubSpot at the center.
• Architect and maintain revenue workflows across outbound and inbound channels.
• Set up and manage inbound systems including newsletters and lead capture.

Skills

Experience in Revenue Operations

Strong hands-on experience with CRMs

Experience with inbound marketing systems
