Qualifications

• Overseeing collection of revenues from government entities and outstanding receivables.
• Approving annual monitoring plan and assigning department tasks.
• Reviewing variances between actual and planned financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve the department's operational framework and updates.
• Evaluate staff performance and set SMART indicators.
• Prepare and review reports on public revenues and recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee invoicing, bank guarantees, and fund transfers via the Smart Payment Portal.
• Ensure accurate publishing of government service activities on the Government Fees Portal.
