Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a Finance professional to lead revenue budgeting, forecasting and analysis across Aero and Non-Aero streams. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to plan, consolidate, review and report on revenue performance and pipelines.

You will deliver dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for Finance leadership, ensure data integrity, and support audits and governance across revenue planning and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and cost/revenue accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of relevant experience; 5–7 years total experience.
• ACCA/CA/CMA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the revenue budgeting and forecasting cycle across Aero and Non-Aero streams, including planning, consolidation, review and submission.
• Develop and maintain detailed revenue forecasts; analyze variances, scenarios, and trends.
• Deliver revenue performance analysis by comparing actuals to budget/forecast and communicating drivers and risks.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis for leadership and business units.
• Review projects and contracts for revenue impact and financial justification; provide input on business cases.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and planning models; support with insights and cash flow implications.
• Support audits and governance with documentation and reconciliations.
