Job summary

The Government of the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist (Emirati) to lead financial reporting and analysis within Ajman. You will prepare reports for senior management, support budgeting, forecasting, and ensure regulatory compliance, while coordinating across departments to align with strategic goals.

This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced financial modeling, ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred), and a proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; master's preferred.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
