Job summary

Sanad Aerotech seeks a Team Leader – Finance (Revenue) in Abu Dhabi to oversee revenue recognition, validation, forecasting, and reporting in line with IFRS 15 and internal policies. You will lead the revenue team, develop controls, and collaborate with Commercial, Contracts, Operations, and Finance to ensure financial integrity.

A strong background in IFRS 15, Excel, and ERP systems is essential, along with proven leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Master’s degree and professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA or CA) are highly preferred.
• At least 7 years in revenue management, FP&A, or commercial finance with 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS 15 revenue recognition and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue recognition and validation for compliance with standards, terms, and policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the revenue team to drive performance.
• Supervise revenue forecasting, analyze trends, and support planning and scenario analysis.
• Ensure IFRS 15 compliance and maintain revenue governance and controls.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Contracts, Operations, and Finance to resolve revenue issues.
• Prepare revenue dashboards and management reports with clear financial insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
