Job summary

Accor in Dubai seeks a highly analytical Portfolio Specialist for the Centre of Revenue Intelligence to support MEA APAC revenue management. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, drive pricing strategies, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with hotel teams remotely.

Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will monitor market trends, prepare performance reports, and coordinate with RMS support to resolve issues as part of a structured learning program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, Data Science/Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical background with commercial acumen and data analytics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools; SQL, VBA and big data analytics are highly regarded.
• Prior experience in revenue management, pricing strategies and distribution in hospitality is advantageous.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English with additional language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse market intelligence to support revenue strategies across the portfolio.
• Monitor transient and group booking pace to identify trends and support pricing decisions.
• Maintain rate integrity across distribution channels and pricing policies.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for Portfolio Managers.
• Analyse performance, market demand and competitive data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Monitor OTA and GDS sources to provide actionable commercial insights.
• Prepare reports, meeting packs, RevMAX minutes and action plans with hotels.
• Coordinate system issues and revenue management queries between Portfolio Managers and RMS teams.
• Manage revenue for one hotel as part of a structured learning experience.
