Accor in Dubai seeks a Portfolio Specialist for the Centre of Revenue Intelligence to support the MEA APAC revenue management function. You will transform market and performance data into insights, drive pricing strategies, ensure data integrity, and deliver reporting that informs business decisions.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers and hotel teams, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across stakeholders remotely.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, data science/analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical background with commercial acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools; SQL, VBA and big data analytics are advantageous.
• Experience in revenue management, pricing strategies, or hospitality distribution is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Gather and analyse market intelligence to support revenue strategies.
• Monitor transient and group booking pace to inform pricing decisions.
• Maintain rate integrity across channels per pricing policies.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for Portfolio Managers.
• Analyse performance, market demand and competitive data for opportunities.
• Monitor OTA, GDS and other market sources for actionable insights.
• Prepare reports, meeting packs, RevMAX minutes and action plans; follow up with hotels.
• Coordinate system issues and revenue management queries with RMS support.
