Job summary

Accor is seeking a Revenue Manager to support pricing strategies and optimize distribution across OTA and GDS channels. You will monitor booking pace, analyze performance and competitive data, and prepare actionable reports for Portfolio Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, data science or related field.
• Strong analytical background with commercial acumen.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tool proficiency.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse market intelligence to support revenue strategies.
• Monitor transient and group booking pace to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
• Maintain rate integrity across distribution channels and pricing policies.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for Portfolio Managers.
• Analyse performance, demand and competitive set data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Monitor OTA, GDS and market intelligence sources for commercial insights.
• Prepare reports, meeting packs and action plans, and follow up with hotels.
• Coordinate system issues and support tickets as liaison with RMS support teams.
