AccorCorpo is seeking a Regional Revenue Leader to drive the revenue strategy for a growing MEAIT hotel portfolio. You will oversee pricing, distribution, forecasting and performance analytics to deliver budget and long-term targets.

The role partners with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and eCommerce to align commercial strategies and support hotel leadership. A senior, entrepreneurial leader is required.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading hotel revenue across multiple properties.
• Strong skills in pricing, forecasting and market analysis.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance.
• Experience with RMS tools and strategic commercial planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional revenue strategy across MEAIT hotels and drive RevPAR and profitability.
• Develop dynamic pricing and optimize channel mix to maximize revenue.
• Lead weekly/monthly commercial reviews and provide actionable insights.
• Support openings, brand integrations and expansion within MEAIT.
• Mentor property revenue leaders and foster accountability.
