Job summary

AW Rostamani Group is seeking a Customer Success Executive in Dubai to ensure customers maximize value after purchase. You will drive satisfaction, retention and growth by proactive guidance, relationship management and seamless post-sale experiences.

Requirements include 3 years in customer service within a contact centre, a Diploma or equivalent, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills. You will handle calls and emails to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduate or equivalent required.
• 3 years of customer service experience in a contact centre.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Fluent in English; additional language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by creating high quality customer appointments and delivering service standards that exceed expectations.
• Build rapport to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
• Meet and excel qualitative and revenue KPIs.
• Support Sales and Aftersales by generating quality appointments.
• Provide prompt resolution to customer queries to improve satisfaction.
• Ensure seamless customer experience across channels (phone, email, etc.).
• Adhere to policies and continuously seek improvements with the team.
