Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Up to 1 year of customer service experience in a contact centre.
• Dual language proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality appointments for Sales and Aftersales.
• Maintain appointment quality and professionalism.
• Meet and exceed qualitative and revenue KPIs.
• Build rapport to increase retention and lifetime value.
• Resolve customer queries promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Follow connect protocols for a seamless customer journey.
• Support customers via phone, email and other channels.
• Use active listening and questioning to support calls.
• Ensure proper communication etiquette in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in weekly evaluations with supervisor and quality team.
• Own additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
• Complete assigned training on time and adhere to policies.
• Maintain time flexibility and floor shift requirements.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs; complete performance evaluations.
