Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Manager Finance Shared Services Revenue Assurance to safeguard revenue streams through robust controls, accurate billing, data validation, and continuous process transformation. This role leads a team within the Shared Services Center and partners closely with Business, Operations, IT, Commercial, and Senior Finance leadership to improve revenue integrity and automate processes.

CA qualification with 8–10 years of experience in Finance Shared Services/ Revenue Assurance or O2C
At least 3–5 years in a managerial role leading teams
Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and automation tools
Experience with internal controls, revenue recognition and governance

Responsibilities

Ensure end-to-end revenue integrity across order to cash, billing, invoicing, and collections.
Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to prevent revenue leakage.
Lead revenue reconciliation, variance analysis, and root-cause investigations.
Drive IFRS compliance and accuracy in revenue recognition.
Deliver MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
