Job summary

FMS.AE in Dubai is looking for a Graduate Trainee in Revenue Assurance to join the Future-X Graduate Trainee Program. This role blends data analytics, technology and business insight to monitor product performance, identify risks and protect revenue streams.

You will develop critical thinking and stakeholder management skills while gaining hands-on experience with data feeds, controls, and risk assessments across Go-to-Market initiatives and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, IS, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Business Administration, Marketing or Commercial/Business degrees也 acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Review new products, GTM initiatives, GT E launches, rate plans, bundles and related offerings.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential product vulnerabilities or abuse scenarios.
• Evaluate data feeds and monitoring controls for products and services.
• Support design, implementation and monitoring of controls to ensure effective product performance.
• Perform ongoing analysis of product performance, variances and control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong stakeholder management and communication.

The Graduate Trainee - Revenue Assurance will join our Future-X Graduate Trainee Program and support the Revenue Assurance function in monitoring product performance, identifying risks, and strengthening controls that protect revenue streams and business operations.

Key Accountabilities

The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for:

• Reviewing new products, Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, Go-to-Execute (GTE) launches, rate plans, bundles, add-ons, and related offerings.
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential product vulnerabilities, misuse, or abuse scenarios.
• Evaluating the availability and adequacy of data feeds and monitoring controls for products and services.
• Supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of controls to ensure effective product performance.
• Performing ongoing analysis of product performance trends, variances, and control effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, requiring strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Business Administration or Marketing or Commercial/Business degrees
• 0 to 2 years of experience
