Apparel Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Product Manager with strong AI/ML deployment experience to drive retail technology roadmaps and implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and tech to translate requirements into scalable solutions and measurable ROI.

You will evaluate AI/ML integrations, manage multi-location deployments, and lead change strategies with training for stakeholders.

Formación

• 2+ years in product management or solutions engineering.
• 4+ years building/deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• 2+ years leading enterprise software implementations, preferably in retail/e-commerce.
• Strong foundation in ML concepts, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with retail processes: merchandising, inventory, POS, supply chain, analytics.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field; equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Claude/ChatGPT to automate workflows and build agents.
• PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into tech specs and roadmaps.
• Lead software implementations from concept to deployment across retail locations and systems.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tech, APIs, and third-party solutions; assess build vs. buy decisions.
• Manage product lifecycle: research, define metrics, gather requirements, prioritize features, measure ROI.
• Drive adoption of new solutions; create change management strategies and provide training/documentation.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; troubleshoot with support teams.
• Monitor AI/retail tech trends and provide competitive insights to leadership.
• Bridge business and tech teams to ensure alignment throughout the lifecycle.
