Holland Advisors in Dubai is seeking a Product Owner for Retail to own our colleague‑facing store technology, driving simplification and modernization across the tech estate for 17,000 store colleagues.

You will lead device consolidation, unify vendor touchpoints, and head the frontend overhaul from Xamarin to React Native, partnering with engineering, data teams and store operations to deliver results at pace.

Formación

• Retail operations knowledge across store and central office.
• Experience delivering retail transformation.
• Experience with mobile/colleague-facing apps.
• Strong communication with C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to ship product quickly and manage priorities.
• Familiarity with data across multiple platforms (Power BI, APIs).

Responsabilidades

• Own the infrastructure and connectivity agenda for stores.
• Lead device estate consolidation across stores and brands.
• Unify colleague app landscape and reduce vendor touchpoints.
• Oversee frontend overhaul migrating from Xamarin to React Native.
• Modernise inventory management and replacement of legacy SIM.
• Provide SME guidance on store technology roadmap to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with salesfloor, infrastructure, data teams, engineering, QA and architects.
