Job summary

MAIR Group is seeking a Senior Manager – D365 Retail Technology to lead the technology landscape enabling grocery store operations. You will own and optimize D365 Commerce modules, drive integrations, and guide the IT POS and store tech roadmap in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 10–15+ years in retail operations or retail technology.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce or similar platforms.
• Solution Architect for Retail Tech with D365 modules & integrations.
• Experience with Azure integration technologies, APIs, middleware, cloud services.
• Strong SQL knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in monitoring, performance optimization, and production support.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management; large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage D365 Commerce/Retail modules for grocery ops.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for D365 modules, POS, pricing, inventory, and store capabilities.
• Act as Solution Architect; define configurations and lead upgrades and fixes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions.
• Drive performance, security, and availability across the retail environment.
• Lead store tech adoption and evaluate new D365 capabilities for automation.
• Manage integrations between D365 and ERP, e-commerce, loyalty, and payment systems.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure data consistency.
• Lead IT POS operations, incident/change/release processes; ensure uptime.
• Oversee project/change management for retail transformations.
