• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff supervision.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Support in achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, staffing, and inventory.
