Job summary

Azadea Group is seeking a Shop Manager in Dubai to supervise store operations, maximize sales, and uphold brand standards. You will manage inventory, personnel, and customer service, driving profitability while reporting on KPIs and market trends.

The role requires English fluency, five years in retail, and at least two years in a managerial capacity, with Arabic language being a plus. It is a full-time on-site position with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Five years of experience in Retail or a similar role.
• Two years of experience in a managerial role.
• Male candidate; Arabic speaker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales.
• Manage inventory, maintenance, and ensure brand-standard storefront appearance.
• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity in the region.
• Greet customers, assist, address complaints, and foster loyalty.
• Ensure licenses/certificates are up to date and employee documents compliant.
• Oversee receiving, inventory movements, stock transfers, shrinkage, and cycle counts.
• Analyze sales performance and plan replenishment with stakeholders.
• Place orders to meet stock objectives and optimize sell-out.
• Prepare staff schedules and communicate sales plans with targets.
• Record all operational information on designated platforms and report variances.
• Manage annual budget, monitor expenditures, and reduce costs where possible.
• Oversee shop image, cleanliness, displays, and maintenance of stock rooms.
• Develop KPI reports and insights for informed decision making.
• Coordinate order flow with warehouse and resolve order-related issues.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff; conduct daily team meetings.
