Job summary

AZADEA in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Shop Manager to supervise store operations, drive sales, and ensure brand standards across all activities.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, customer service, and reporting, coordinating with warehouse and support teams to optimize performance. The role requires strong English, retail and people-management experience, with a focus on cost control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School degree.
• Male (Arabic speaker is a plus).
• Fluency in English.
• Five years of experience in Retail, or a similar role.
• Two years of experience in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize sales.
• Manage inventory, licenses, certificates, and staff documentation for compliance.
• Analyze sales performance and coordinate replenishment with stakeholders.
• Prepare staff schedules and communicate plans to meet targets.
• Log commercial and operational information accurately on platforms.
• Manage budget and control costs while maintaining brand standards.
• Develop KPI reports and optimize inventory and product assortment.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the team; conduct daily briefings.
