Confidential Careers is seeking a Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for digital and retail initiatives spanning SAP, POS/BOS, payments, loyalty, mobile apps, websites, and corporate systems.

You will bridge business and technology to deliver measurable outcomes, facilitate workshops, produce BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria, and support testing and change activities.

Qualifications

• Facilitation, communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Produce business analysis artifacts: BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process maps (AS‑IS/TO‑BE), use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog grooming and prioritization with Product Owners/Project Managers; ensure requirements traceability.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to validate solution approaches and manage changes to scope.
• Support testing by creating UAT plans, test scenarios, and defect triage; ensure business sign-off.
• Perform impact analysis for changes affecting sites, customer journeys, and operational processes.
• Contribute to change management by supporting training needs, communications, and go-live readiness activities.
