Job summary

Exotic Colors by MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic retail sales associate to welcome customers, educate them on health & beauty products including skin care, and tailor recommendations to preferences. You will engage buyers with confidence and maintain a polished store presentation.

You will meet monthly sales targets, collaborate with the team on visual merchandising, and benefit from uncapped commissions, employee discounts, and ongoing product training in a fast-paced, premium retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• 1-2 years in retail sales, health & beauty preferred.
• Strong sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure.
• Experience in health & beauty, skin care, or cosmetics preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
