Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Sales And Marketing Representative for Beauty Salon activities in the UAE. You will develop a portfolio of salons, promote professional products, and expand distribution while meeting sales targets.

Field visits to outlets and strong relationship-building with salon decision-makers will be key to success. The role requires identifying opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and providing market feedback on trends and competitor activity to drive product launches

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of sales experience in beauty salons, beauty trading, cosmetics, or professional haircare distribution.
• Strong network within the salon and beauty industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage accounts.
• Good understanding of salon products (haircare, skincare, tools, equipment, consumables).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
