Job summary

Exotic Colors by MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi seeks a Luxury Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for leather goods, wallets, and perfumes.

You will educate customers, recommend tailored products, and explain care and after-sales services. Meet sales targets, maintain premium merchandising, and uphold company policies in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education.
• Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably luxury or fashion.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure.
• Experience with leather goods, accessories, or perfumes is highly preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
