Client of Sensate Talent is seeking a passionate, well-presented Beauty Consultant for our retail team in the UAE. You will provide personalised beauty and skincare advice, demonstrate products, and build strong customer relationships while contributing to store sales targets.

The role requires expert product knowledge with a consultative sales approach and the ability to maintain an inspiring beauty counter and retail space.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant or similar role preferred.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products for different skin types and concerns.
• Confident in demonstrating makeup application, skincare routines and product usage.
• Strong sales ability with a customer-first, consultative approach.
• Excellent communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and genuine passion for beauty and customer service.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create a personalised high-quality shopping experience.
• Ask appropriate questions to understand each customer’s skin type, goals, preferences and budget.
• Recommend skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, haircare and beauty products based on individual needs.
• Demonstrate product use, application techniques and beauty routines clearly and confidently.
• Drive sales through confident consultation, product recommendations, cross-selling and up-selling.
• Work towards individual brand and store sales targets and other KPIs.
• Build customer loyalty by delivering attentive service and promoting loyalty programmes and events.
• Ensure testers, displays, shelves and promotional materials are clean, hygienic and well-stocked.
• Support in-store events, product launches, demonstrations and consultations where applicable.

• Demonstrate product use application techniques and beauty routines clearly and confidently

• Work towards individual brand and store sales targets and other agreed KPIs
• Build customer loyalty by delivering attentive service and promoting loyalty programmes events and new product launches
• Ensure products testers displays shelves and promotional materials are clean hygienic well stocked and visually appealing
• Support in-store events product launches demonstrations mini makeovers and customer consultations where applicable

Previous experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, Makeup Artist, Skincare Specialist, or retail sales associate is preferred.Ability to identify general customer needs and recommend appropriate products for different skin types, concerns, and preferences.Confident in demonstrating makeup application, skincare routines, and product usage.Strong sales ability with a customer-first, consultative approach.Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and genuine passion for beauty and customer service.Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced retail environment.
