Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Retail Cosmetics Sales Associate in the Abu Dhabi/Al Ain region to greet customers, understand skincare and makeup needs, and demonstrate products with testers.

The role emphasizes achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets, upselling, building lasting customer relationships, maintaining attractive displays, and ensuring stock is fully stocked and replenished.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cosmetics or beauty products sales experience.
• Experience with a cosmetics brand in the UAE preferred.
• Arabic speaker preferred; English required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable and passionate about beauty.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet targets.
