Job summary

La Lorraine Bakery Group in Dubai is seeking a motivated Key Account Sales Executive with FMCG experience to manage retail sales, strengthen partnerships, and expand market presence. You will build strong relationships with retail stores, drive product visibility, and increase distribution across the market.

You will lead efforts to grow our frozen baked goods footprint across UAE retailers, coordinate stock with supply chain teams, and leverage market insights to outperform targets.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Sales FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with strong sales and market expansion focus.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong network within retail stores/supermarkets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail store managers and buyers
• Regularly visit outlets to monitor performance and maintain relationships

Product & Category Growth

• Promote frozen baked products effectively within UAE Retail stores.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with supply chain teams
