Job summary

La Lorraine Bakery Group in Dubai is seeking a motivated Key Account Sales Executive with FMCG experience to manage retail sales, strengthen partnerships, and expand market presence. You will build strong relationships with retail stores, drive product visibility, and increase distribution across the market.

You will lead efforts to grow our frozen baked goods footprint across UAE retailers, coordinate stock with supply chain teams, and leverage market insights to outperform targets.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Sales FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with strong sales and market expansion focus.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Problem-solving and adaptability.
• Strong network within retail stores/supermarkets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand distribution of frozen food products across UAE retail stores.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Ensure strong product placement, visibility, and in-store availability.
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain partnerships with retail store managers and buyers.
• Monitor performance through regular outlet visits and relationship management.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
