The role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining store standards, handling inquiries and returns, and preparing performance reports to ensure smooth store performance while acting as Store Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising store staff and operations.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Familiarity with inventory, stock counts, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations and staff supervision.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Support in achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, staffing, and inventory.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Knowledge in all the items which the stores has.
• Direct communication with suppliers.
• Strong ability in negotiating prices with suppliers.
