Job summary

A Group is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations in Dubai. You will lead sales associates, ensure excellent customer service, and coordinate stock replenishment and merchandising to meet store targets.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Opportunities exist to train staff, monitor performance, and report to management within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/retail management qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in retail, sales, or store operations preferred.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail activities and ensure smooth store operations.
• Guide, support, and coordinate sales associates and store staff.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets.
• Ensure shelves are properly stocked, products are displayed neatly, and pricing is accurate.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and complaints.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the inventory team.
• Support stocktaking, inventory checks, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of cash, sales transactions, and daily reports where applicable.
• Train new team members on store procedures and customer service standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures, and retail standards.
