You will focus on accurate data entry into QuickBooks, POS close reconciliation, cash handling, and maintaining double-entry records in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience in retail/hypermarket.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel; UAE VAT awareness.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily financial transactions into QuickBooks Desktop for monthly reporting.
• Reconcile daily POS closings with cash, card receipts and digital payments.
• Manage daily cash handling and prepare secure bank deposits.
• Maintain strict double-entry bookkeeping ensuring ledger accuracy.
• Reconcile supplier ledgers and verify invoices against GRNs.
• Support audits with organized financial records.
