Job summary

InZone Corporate Services Provider in Dubai seeks a meticulous Junior Accountant to maintain financial records, prepare reports and ensure accounting compliance. You will handle ledgers, AP, monthly entries, backups and related party ledgers while leveraging UAE tax knowledge.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting, a bachelor’s degree, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and familiarity with Zoho/QuickBooks and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar.
• Robust interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills; hands-on with several tools.
• Working experience on ERP accounting software.
• UAE financial regulations, and compliance.
• Cashflow, working capital, and investment evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reconciling ledgers.
• Preparing, verifying and managing accounts payable
• Preparing monthly adjusting entries.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Ensuring related party ledgers are always updated.
• Tax advisory, computation of taxes, tax compliance and filing of tax returns (knowledge or exp in UAE VAT or Tax Laws)
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
