Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accountancy or Business.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 1-3 years experience, ideally in production industry.
• Proven bookkeeping and financing knowledge.
• Familiar with audit software and ERP systems (AX/365/Navision).
• Experience with reporting tools (Hyperion).
• Adhere to GAAP principles and audit concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple divisions.

Responsibilities

• Process journal entries to record company transactions.
• Maintain accounts receivable and issue bills.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist with balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
• Assist in cost analysis and payroll records as needed.
• Update financial data in systems and ensure timely accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports.
• Support senior accountants with monthly/yearly closings.
• Handle other bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
• Assist in consolidation budgeting.
