Job summary

Apparel Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Store IT Support professional to diagnose and resolve POS, billing software, and network issues across retail and F&B locations. You will troubleshoot biometric attendance, handle IT-related store complaints, and provide remote and on-site support as needed.

You will manage store IT setups, asset registers, and network configurations, while ensuring SLA adherence and smooth pre-opening IT readiness for new stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in infrastructure technologies are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve POS, billing software, and network issues at retail and F&B stores.
• Troubleshoot biometric attendance and access control machine faults.
• Investigate IT-related customer complaints raised by store teams.
• Deliver remote support via remote access tools and on-site visits for hardware replacement.
• Log, triage, and manage store support tickets within SLA.
• Store IT setup and openings, including asset lists and network readiness.
• Configure store network stack and firewall, VPN tunnels to Head Office, and end-to-end device testing.
• Store closure IT asset management and decommissioning.
• User hardware and software support across Head Office and stores; onboarding new employees.
