Job summary

Pine Labs UAE is seeking a proactive Field Support Engineer to service our merchant network across the UAE. You will install, configure, and activate POS/EDC terminals on-site, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot devices to ensure a smooth merchant experience.

Travel across the UAE is required. You will manage tickets, document service visits, coordinate with logistics for replacements, and build strong merchant relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or diploma in engineering/IT/related field
2–5 years in field support/technical services
Experience with payment devices/fintech is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communications (verbal & written)
Willingness to travel across UAE and hold UAE driving license

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and activate POS/EDC terminals at merchant locations across UAE.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and transaction issues on POS/EDC devices.
Track and close service tickets within defined TAT.
Coordinate replacement/de-installation activities as needed.
Maintain inventory and asset records for devices and accessories.
Build positive relationships with merchants and provide timely support.
