Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of POS, ERP, Inventory, and CRM platforms.
• Solid networking, cybersecurity, and data protection practices.
• Experience managing IT teams across multiple locations is a plus.
• Certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across stores and HQ.
• Ensure reliable, secure network and server infrastructure.
• Lead cybersecurity and data protection efforts.
• Manage retail system integration with loyalty, reporting, and inventory.
