Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an IT Project Manager in Dubai to steer global retail IT projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will develop detailed plans, manage risks, and coordinate internal resources and vendors to achieve milestones.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of classical and agile methods (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum) plus ITIL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse, global stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Analytical and organized mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and collaborative, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Project management expertise, including knowledge of classical & agile methods (e.g. SAFe, Kanban, Scrum) and ITIL methodology.

Responsibilities

• Steer and manage IT projects across global regions within Retail IT.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while meeting defined quality standards.
• Develop, maintain and track detailed project plans with milestones and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring compliance with local and international policies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Organize and lead project meetings to align stakeholders on goals and progress.
• Support project experts with technical and training documentation.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of the regional PMO.
• Support and establish agile methodologies within Retail IT and projects.
