Apparel Group in Dubai seeks a Brand Manager to drive brand development, commercial performance and market positioning across its retail network. You will coordinate merchandise planning, product selection and inventory performance, working with Marketing, Buying and Retail Operations to align with commercial targets.

This on-site role offers the opportunity to lead brand initiatives and support new openings within the UAE, collaborating closely with senior leaders to execute the brand vision.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned brand stores in line with company targets and business objectives.
• Develop brand launch strategies in consultation with the Brand General Manager.
• Establish brand penetration and market positioning initiatives to strengthen brand recognition across the region.
• Monitor operating costs and ensure that brand stores remain within approved budgetary guidelines.
• Improve store productivity through effective allocation and utilization of available resources.
• Support merchandise sell-through objectives in accordance with approved product, style and assortment plans.
• Review feedback from different territories to understand brand acceptance, customer expectations and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor performance against financial plans, including sales, markdowns, profit margins and average inventory levels.
• Work with the Marketing team, Brand Principal and Brand General Manager to establish and maintain appropriate brand positioning.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of team members to support brand operations and business requirements.
