Alshaya Group is seeking a Department Manager to train, develop, and lead a department team on the shop floor to maximise sales and uphold a premium customer service standard.

You will ensure Sales Associates are motivated and brand-aware, and you may deputize for the Store and Assistant Store Manager during absences while maintaining operational excellence and strong store performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to delegate tasks, negotiate with customers and colleagues, and interview new hires.
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.
• Commercially aware and business orientated.

Responsabilités

• Train, develop, and lead department team to maximise sales and reduce stock loss.
• Be on the shop floor to demonstrate and drive an excellent standard of customer service.
• Deputise for Store and Assistant Store Manager during periods of absence.
