Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail or service.
Experience managing high-volume operations with 15+ associates.
Experience in beauty industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead store and Area teams to achieve sales KPIs with luxury customer service and clienteling.
Recruit and develop talent within the business to build a motivated team.
Utilize KPI reports to focus on key areas and drive performance.
Review KPIs (ATV, IPC, Conversion) regularly and identify growth opportunities.
Drive service & selling including clienteling, ensuring targets and luxury service are met.
Manage shrinkage and control costs to meet business plan budgets.
Oversee manpower planning, succession, and staffing across departments.
Collaborate with Brand Team to enhance business performance and collections.
