Job summary

ESAT is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the UAE to lead generation and prospecting, engage with potential clients, and present tailored software demonstrations. The role focuses on building long-term relationships, closing deals, and managing accounts to drive revenue and retention.

The candidate will analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and maintain accurate CRM records to forecast revenue and support marketing and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, research target industries and companies, use CRM systems and outreach platforms to build pipelines.
• Client Outreach & Relationship Building: Contact prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings, build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand customer pain points and business needs.
• Product Presentation & Demo: Explain software features and benefits clearly, conduct product demos online or in-person, tailor presentations to client needs.
• Sales Conversion: Negotiate pricing and contract terms, close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets, handle objections and follow up effectively.
• Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, upsell or cross-sell additional features/services, ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends in software as a service, analyze competitor offerings and pricing, provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
• CRM & Reporting: Update sales activities in CRM tools in ESAT ERP, track leads, conversions, and revenue, prepare sales reports and forecasts.
