Job summary

Americana Restaurants in the UAE seeks a skilled IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite and remote tech support for restaurant systems across its UAE network. You will ensure NCR Aloha POS, KDS, BOH and related apps run with minimal downtime and SLA-compliant incident resolution, supporting new openings and renovations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in the GCC; UAE experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in IT support for restaurant, retail, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for restaurant IT systems across the UAE.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NCR Aloha POS, KDS, BOH, and related apps.
• Support POS terminals, KDS, printers, cash drawers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot application, database, OS, and hardware issues affecting operations.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM; ensure SLA targets.
