Sunset Hospitality Group in Dubai is seeking a FEMALE SUPERVISOR to join a brand-new pre-opening venue. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead front-of-house teams, and ensure flawless guest experiences in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in a supervisor role within luxury hotels, fine dining, beach clubs, or lifestyle venues, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering memorable service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisor role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venues.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire the team.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
