Job summary

Client of Kaavi Recruitment Consultancy, in the United Arab Emirates, seeks a seasoned restaurant supervisor for a fine dining establishment in Dubai. Therole covers staff screening, interviews, hires, and ongoing training, with a strong emphasis on hygiene standards and high service quality.

You will oversee kitchen cleanliness, food prep quality, inventory control, and financial aspects like cash flow. Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor in fine dining.
• Experience screening, interviewing, hiring and training restaurant staff.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Experience overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Experience monitoring inventory, cash flow and customer service improvements.
