Role Description

The Restaurant Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Sidekicks The WB Curio Collection By Hilton in Abu Dhabi. The supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, including coordinating staff schedules, assigning duties, and monitoring service standards throughout each shift. Responsibilities include guiding team members in delivering attentive customer service, supporting guest interactions, handling inquiries and feedback, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. The role also involves supervising food and beverage service, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, supporting inventory and stock control, and collaborating with management to meet revenue and quality targets. The Restaurant Supervisor is expected to lead by example, support training initiatives, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
