Job summary

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Dubai to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain high service and food hygiene standards. You will manage shifts, monitor costs, handle customer concerns, and drive team performance in a busy dining environment.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and knowledge of POS systems. UAE hospitality experience is preferred; visa and medical insurance are among offered benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field.
• Experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Understanding of inventory, cost control and safety practices.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving with English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise waiters, waitresses, cashiers, hosts and other staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and coordinate shifts.
• Train and monitor team to maintain service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient order prep and service.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
