Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, as well as leading and motivating staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end restaurant. They should have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Additionally, they should be able to create an inviting atmosphere for customers, create effective strategies to increase sales and profits, maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality control, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and motivate staff to reach organizational goals.
