Qualifications

• Malayalee with fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
