Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to create innovative menus that meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage diverse personalities.
• Familiarity with Dubai's culture and customs.
• Ability to work flexible hours; nights, weekends, holidays.
• Immigrant status acceptable.
