Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality operations, with managerial experience.
• Experience in burger/QSR concepts is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and front-of-house service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic operational reporting.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
