Job summary

Kitopi is a leading cloud kitchen and food tech company expanding across the UAE and beyond. We are looking for a kitchen support role to help maintain quality, safety, and efficiency in our central kitchen.

You will ensure recipe accuracy, assist with daily production, manage inventories, and uphold sanitation standards while collaborating with a diverse team across brands and markets. The role offers extensive training and growth opportunities within a fast-paced, global company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to work alone and in a team.
• Experience in high-volume catering or similar environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards, recipes and food consistency across central kitchen operations.
• Ensure timely arrival to shifts and pre-shift checks.
• Attend daily training and maintain production logs.
• Establish par stock levels to prevent overproduction and manage inventory.
• Organize coolers and freezers per food safety standards.
• Verify equipment is functioning and log temperatures.
• Maintain quality and appearance of all prepared foods.

• Follow rotation, dating and labeling procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Work hours typically not less than 48 hours per week.
